Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Chef to lead our culinary team and ensure the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. The Senior Chef will play a pivotal role in menu development, kitchen management, and staff training while fostering a positive and creative kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met.
Develop and update menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
Manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and maintain inventory.
Monitor food costs and waste, implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Lead by example, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere and encouraging creativity in the kitchen.
Handle special events, catering, and private dining as needed.

Qualifications:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience required; 5+ years in a professional kitchen setting preferred.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hot kitchen environment.
