Job Summary:

As a Delivery Boy at Kouzina Food Pvt. Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our food products to customers. Your responsibilities will include picking up orders from our kitchen, delivering them to customers’ specified locations, and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Pickup:
Collect orders accurately from the kitchen, ensuring they are complete and correctly prepared.
Verify order details and customer information before leaving the restaurant.

Delivery:
Navigate efficiently to customer locations using provided maps or GPS.
Deliver orders promptly and courteously to customers.
Handle food items with care to maintain their temperature and presentation.

Customer Service:
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address any customer concerns or questions promptly and effectively.
Collect payment from customers, as required.

Vehicle Maintenance:
Ensure your assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
Report any vehicle issues or accidents to your supervisor immediately.

Safety:
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
Wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet.
Handle food items and equipment safely.

Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Experience in food delivery or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Physical fitness and stamina to handle deliveries on foot or by vehicle.
